Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Rural Deliveries: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1–3 working days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Order Dispatch: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through NZ Post's tracking system.

Oversized Items: For large items, such as artworks or home décor, substantial delivery fees may apply based on the item's size, weight, and delivery location. Please contact us at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz for a courier quote.

In-Store Pickup: If you prefer to collect your order in-store, enter the code PICKUP at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping

Availability: We ship to select countries, including Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.

Undeliverable Packages: If our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
