Shipping Policy for Abtin Jewellery

Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Method: We utilize NZ Post's Courier services for reliable and timely deliveries.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Rural Deliveries: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1–3 working days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Order Dispatch: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through NZ Post's tracking system.

  • Oversized Items: For large items, such as artworks or home décor, substantial delivery fees may apply based on the item's size, weight, and delivery location. Please contact us at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz for a courier quote.

  • In-Store Pickup: If you prefer to collect your order in-store, enter the code PICKUP at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to select countries, including Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Method: All international orders are shipped using DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Order Dispatch: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can monitor your shipment's progress through DHL's tracking system.

  • Shipping Restrictions: There are some countries we do not ship to. Please contact us at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz if you have any shipping queries.

General Information

  • Unforeseen Delays: Abtin Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or any other events beyond our control.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please contact us at info@abtinjewellery.co.nz to arrange redelivery; additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Packaging: We adhere to NZ Post's packaging standards to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. Items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Prohibited and Restricted Items: We comply with NZ Post's guidelines on prohibited and restricted items. For more information, please refer to NZ Post's guidelines.
